In the Bible, 1 Corinthians 15:35,

But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?

This question is answered in subsequent verses. The dead will be raised in Heaven, with a spiritual body that is incorruptible. The spiritual body is given by God as He has determined. In John 14:2-3, Jesus states that

In my Father's house are many mansions... I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

The spiritual body may not have consciousness until it receives a soul. The receiving process could resemble a television (TV) receiving electromagnetic (EM) waves that encode the TV contents transmitted from a TV station. Without the TV contents (for instance when you tune in to a channel that does not exist), a TV screen is blank. The received EM waves cause the TV to display vivid images. On the basis of previous discussions, the soul is likely to be a gravitational geon composed of only gravitational waves. After the soul geon is received by a spiritual body, the person who created the geon is raised incorruptible. The life history carried by the geon may be stored permanently in the memory system of the spiritual body to identify the person.

Our electronic engineers can easily design a TV to receive EM waves. No one would consider it incredible. Then, "Why is it judged incredible with you, if God does raise the dead?" (Acts 26:8).
